We ship worldwide with Royal Mail using a secure tracked and signed service. Despatch and tracking information will be automatically emailed to all customers.

All orders placed before 20:00 GMT will be despatched the following business day. Delivery times may be affected during public holidays and busy periods.
There are expected delays in despatching and delivering orders due to global Coronavirus restrictions. We thank you for your understanding and patience.
If your order is returned to us as 'undelivered' or 'incorrect address' then you must pay for re-shipping. If you do not wish to continue with your order from this point, you will receive a refund for your order minus the shipping cost.
To avoid any problems with your delivery, please use the supplied size charts, take care when entering delivery information and review your order before completing your purchase.
We use a fully tracked service for every order but cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during transit, if it's through no fault of our own.
We accept returns and exchanges. A Returns form will be supplied with every order. Please follow the instructions on this form to initiate a return or exchange request;
1. Read through the supplied Returns form for our terms and email us the reason why you wish to initiate a return or exchange. Include your order number.
2. Once we have replied to your email, fill out the Returns form with the necessary information and post your order as instructed.
3. We will issue you with a refund / exchange once we receive your order.
We will only accept a return or exchange request within 7 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be unworn and all tags must still be attached. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or a refund if your request comes after the 7 day period or if the item is returned in an unsaleable condition.
Sale items can only be returned for store credit. Headwear cannot be returned.
Unfortunately we don't currently offer free returns and are unable to reimburse any returning delivery costs. We recommend that all international returns are marked as 'return' to avoid any customs charges.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their return reaches us. If any damage or loss occurs in transit, it is down to the customer to seek compensation from their chosen delivery service and it may void the return request.
