HOW DO I EDIT AN ORDER?
To edit an order you must contact us as soon as possible. You can either use the Contact form or email us directly at hello@guerraclo.com (please provide your order number).
Orders cannot be edited once you have received despatch confirmation.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with tracking information included once your order has been despatched. This link will supply you with date-stamp updates every step of the way.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PURCHASED ITEM?
Return and Exchange instructions are supplied with your order.
We will only accept a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery. All items must be unworn and all tags must still be attached.
Sale items can only be returned for store credit. Headwear cannot be returned.
We do not offer free returns and are unable to reimburse any returning delivery costs.
WHEN WILL AN ITEM BE BACK IN STOCK?
We tend to release items on a limited run meaning that a restock is unlikely. Please contact us for clarification on a particular item.
WHERE CAN I FIND SIZING INFORMATION?
We provide all of the essential sizing information on each product's page - but if you require further assistance then please contact us.
HOW DO I FIND OUT MORE ABOUT WHOLESALE OR BULK ORDERS?
